With Fall right around the corner, we’re anxiously awaiting the arrival of the beautiful fall foliage that sweeps up the East Coast and New England. If you love bringing nature indoors, as many designers do, you can do so with some of our leafy fixtures!
Mario Buatta adores this fixture, the Anjou Chandelier and has used it on multiple occasions. The gilt finish, as seen here, looks beautiful with the different pinks and golds around the room. From November 2009 in Architectural Digest.
Here is Mario Buatta using the Anjou Chandelier again in this gorgeous Florida Home. If you have high ceilings it’s a perfect chandelier–it’s large but not heavy feeling because it’s so open. From Architectural Digest March 2009.
Here is another one of our leaf chandeliers, the Compiegne Leaf Chandelier. It is available in two size, and an ivory and distressed silver finishes as well as the green which is show above. From Homes and Gardens May 2010.
Here we have the Anjou Chandelier again but in the rust finish. They really draw your eye up to the conservatory glass ceiling. From The English Home August 2010.
Here are a few more of our fixtures that have a leafy feel to them:
The Asolo Lantern is a classic shaped lantern with a modern organic twist. It is available in bronze and nickel as well as the brass pictured above.
The Large Leaf Wall Light is absolutely gorgeous in person. You can come and see it in our showroom. It’s available in Nickel and Brass.
I adore this gilt and glass leaf wall light, the Belleville Wall light. It provides great light and I love how reflective the leaves are climbing up the back of the sconce.
The coordinating chandelier, the Belleville Chandelier, is just as beautiful, if not more. It comes in gilt and silver gilt.
I think these light fixtures might get us ready for Autumn or at least cushion the blow of Summer coming to an end. How do you bring the outside in as a designer?? Do you need some ideas, give us a call or email at email@example.com .
